Octavia was absolutely great. Gave us options with good reasoning with each . A must do, a can do and should do at some time. Would have given a five but had a scheduling issue which was not his fault. So it's a 5 for him!

Jerry did an exceptional job installing a ceiling fan in the place of a cam light. It required installing a brace to accommodate the fan and other electrical work. He was knowledgeable and proficient. And by the way, he was a few minutes early. We love the new look of our dining area!

Kristian was very helpful. He figured out my issue fairly quickly and talked me through some recommendations for future improvements. The price was a bit high for me but without knowing much about electric work I can’t say if they were too pricey. I do feel comfortable knowing the job is done and I have a warranty on the work Kristian did. Also, my home is probably safer which at the end of the day makes the price worth it.

I was charged $582 for about 90 minutes of work. One issue ended up being a crossed wire (my husband made a mistake connecting wires). The repairman fixed it in about 15 minutes. I will try another company next time. Paying almost $600 for two relatively easy repairs is too much and, in this economy, I need to watch my money

Jerry was great. Helped me with my issue without trying to sell me on a solution I couldn't afford. He worked efficiently to complete the work and was very personable. I will be requesting him when I do the next phase.
